Advanced Personal Protective Equipment and proximity management and control system
It takes its name and inspiration from the Goddess of health and hygiene protection (HYGEIA - IGEA in italian), Igea Trax. The solution allows the control and relative alarm of the non-respect of the safety distances between two or more devices that have "collided".
It is also possible to view the distribution of employees in the department. The module also allows a series of reports to be sent directly to the department operators for carrying out preventive control activities.

The Security Checks Register allows you to assign an operator for each department / shift the role of "in charge of security checks". Igea trax will collect data on employee checks and report any risk situations.
The Environmental Sanitation Register keeps track of the sanitation of the various work environments.
Device Management makes it possible to manage personal devices (smartwatch and interpersonal distance sensors) interfaced with Igea trax.
From here it is possible to have an overview of the persons in charge, active (green icon) and past (gray icon) and, for each, to monitor which security checks must be carried out and at what frequency.
The system, based on a cadence, generates alerts for the periodic checks to be performed.
The user can also manually enter a check if he deems it necessary or if he notices a violation.

From this page it is possible to view the next scheduled security check and the history of the checks already performed by the user.
Having smartwatches available, it is possible to directly manage the notifications received from the MES Polifemo and have an overview of the latest collisions recorded.
From this page it is possible to manage the devices supplied with the Igea trax module, such as smartwatches and interpersonal distance sensors.
A list of devices in use by the company is available with a detail of the status in real time and of the assignment to an operator.
It is possible to trace an operator through the device associated with it.
Igea trax allows the exclusion of collisions between selected devices, to avoid, for example, that collisions are reported between operators who have to work at a short distance from each other for an interval of time.
In the case of smartwatches, it is also possible to manage in detail all the notifications that you want to receive and which not only concern the Igea trax module but can also be integrated and customized with the MES Polifemo.
